Ellie Blu Agency fully screens each of its applicants for Nanny positions, because we know that our Nannies are responsible for your most precious treasures. Our screening process includes an in-depth interview, extensive background and references check, drug screen, and driving record check (Nannies without a clean driving record are not considered for employment). Additionally, all Nanny applicants are required to have CPR certification.
Although every family is different, we advise allotting four to six weeks for your Nanny search. This allows you to interview several Nannies or to interview one or two several times. Ellie Blu Agency recognizes that selecting a Nanny is an extremely important decision. Please leave yourself plenty of time for careful thought and evaluation. Once you have hired a Ellie Blu Agency Nanny, your peace of mind is assured with our 6 month replacement policy on full-time Nannies. If the Nanny-family relationship is unsuccessful during the first 6 months of their employment, you will have the opportunity to secure a new Nanny from our staff at no cost to you.
